Finger Lakes Artisan "Mini-Fest"
Art lovers will have a unique opportunity to meet and mingle with artisans from across the Finger Lakes Region at an Artisan "Mini-Fest" hosted by the Aurora Arts & Design Center. The event will feature the work of the AADC's 50 artisan and professional members, music by local artist Brian Francis, and appetizers from Pumpkin Hill Bistro.

Dave McKeon in Concert
Dave McKeon grew up just outside of Aurora, attended WellsCollege, and for many years played in local bars and benefits. He relocated to New York City and more recently to New Jersey, where he has played steadily for years. An accomplished musician, he performs both solo and with a band. Dave’s enthusiasm about returning to his roots after ten years away is bound to inspire some surprises. Benefit for the Opera House.

Master Beekeeper Apprentice Level Course
The Cornell University Master Beekeeper Program is a comprehensive course that covers summer, fall and winter management; honey removal, extraction and processing; and IPM for honey bee pests, parasites, pathogens and predators. New beekeepers and experienced beekeepers looking for a refresher course are encouraged to attend. Class runs from 9am-6pm and includes 2-hours of field work. Classes limited to 24.
